訂購條款
Ordering Terms

• 請提早2個工作天前預訂，(如欲於下一個工作天送貨，必須於2個工作天前訂購。) 每日截單時間為下午三時正， 逾時恕不受理。
• 每個訂單只限一個送貨地址。
• 顧客訂購貨品後，我們會於最短時間內致電客戶確認訂單資料及送貨日期。於送貨當天，運輸隊伍會再聯絡閣下確認送貨時間。
• 顧客如於送貨日期前一天仍未收到本公司客戶服務員確認訂單，請於下午三時前致電查詢。
  
  
• Please place an order 2 working day in advance. (We may need one more working day if you order after 3:00pm.), order placed after 3:00pm will not be processed.
• Each delivery order is only valid to a single address.
• After making a successful purchase, we will contact you in shortest to arrange the delivery date. And our crew will contact you to confirm the time on delivery date.
• If customers still not receive any confirmation by our customer service before the day of delivery date, please call us to enquiry before 3:00pm.

送貨範圍
Delivery Area

• 送貨範圍只限於香港島、九龍及新界區。
• 東涌、愉景灣、離島、大嶼山及公眾假期不設送貨服務。
• 如需要指定送貨時間，偏遠或特別地區(西貢、赤柱、淺水灣、石澳、清水灣等…) 可能未能為客戶提供送貨服務或另需收取附加費用，如有疑問，請致電本公司查詢。
  
  
• Delivery Service will effect to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
• Delivery Service not available for Public Holiday, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island and outlying Island.
• Maybe not available to provide the delivery service for specific delivery time, remote districts (Sai Kung, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Shek O, Clear Water Bay etc.) or additional charges will be imposed to customer. Any Enquiry, please contact (852) 2558 7328.

送貨服務費
Delivery Charge

• 貨到現金付款。凡購貨滿港幣$500，即可享有免費送貨優惠。
  
  
• Cash On Delivery. Free delivery when you spend $500 or more.

送貨時間
Delivery Time

• 逢星期二至星期五。
• 早上11:00至晚上6:00期間送貨(視乎當日訂單及交通情況而定)。送貨當日將有工作人員聯絡送貨時間。
• 如懸掛八號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號時，送貨服務將另作安排。
  
  
• Tuesday to Firday.
• During 11:00am - 6:00pm (depend on daily order and traffic condition) we will confirm the time on delivery day).
• Delivery service already scheduled shall not be available when a typhoon signal No.8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted.

送貨及退貨條款
Delivery & Return Terms

• 顧客請在送貨員離去前，當面點算清楚所有貨品數量及包裝。
• 如有任何送貨員態度或發現貨品質量有問題，請於收貨後一個工作天內辦工時間致電本公司直接聯絡客戶服務部投訴，逾期恕不受理。
• 凡要求退回之貨品，客戶必須保留本公司發票及貨品原有總數量或最少95%。
  
  
• Please calculate all goods quantity and packing before our deliveryman depart.
• Any deliveryman manner complains or goods quality has problem, customers should contact our customer service officer by telephone in working hours within 1 working day from the day of goods received. Late requests will not accept.
• All returned merchandise must retain our company receipt and goods original total quantity or at least 95%.
